Media Expo Mumbai 2025 - Stellar tech innovations lead to mega crowd

The 54th edition of Media Expo Mumbai wrapped up with ground- breaking innovations led by the rise of LED-based signages and innovations in sustainable and recyclable substrates. LED solutions have transformed the digital OOH space, while eco- friendly wall-flex alternatives to paints impressed visitors. With 135 exhibitors, the show featured LED photo frames, artistic displays and screens - ideal for large public infrastructure such as stations, airports and government projects. A huge range of eco-friendly

and digital media were also on display. The event drew an impressive turnout of 15,181 visitors, registering a growth of 12%, keeping the show floor buzzing on all the three days. Beyond exhibits, the curated knowledge sessions offered insights on branding, colour consistency, vehicle wrapping ROI and innovations like foldable POSM displays and more. Overall, the expo showcased a mix of printing machines, inks, creative applications and trendy signage solutions, pushing the future of advertising and visual communications forward.

The Wrap Masterclass: Vehicle Branding Live-in-Action proved to be one of the standout attractions at Media Expo Mumbai 2025, drawing a packed audience of signage professionals, advertising agencies, and vinyl installers eager to upgrade their skills.

This three-day live demo and technical workshop offered attendees an immersive look into the world of vehicle and fleet branding, complete with real-time vinyl wrapping demonstrations using 3M graphic films. From full-body wraps and decals to contour applications and finishing techniques, the sessions provided step-by-step insights into professional wrapping practices.

In addition to hands-on demonstrations, the technical session on commercial fleet branding helped visitors understand how to scale vehicle graphics for larger OOH campaigns, making it especially relevant for fleet owners and print service providers looking to diversify their offerings.
